Example: The Assembly of the People’s Representatives of Tunisia through the independent constitutional body on sustainable development. This independent body has a constitutional mandate to be consulted on laws related to economic, social, and environmental issues. Its members are appointed by the lower chamber of the legislative body by highlighting the checks-and-balances spirit of Tunisian governance in the development of industry and infrastructure.
